Google Business Profile
Google listing management for clinics
Rebuilt, verified and maintained, categories, services, hours, photos and questions.
What does managed actually mean?
Search your own clinic’s name tonight. The panel that appears, the rating, the photos, the opening hours, is the first impression most patients get, and for most practices nobody owns it.
We do. Managed means the listing is somebody’s job on a schedule rather than something remembered twice a year: categories and services rebuilt properly at the start, then hours, holidays, photos, questions and review replies kept current every month, with your details matched to your website so Google never sees two versions of you.
If what you want first is to understand the thing rather than hand it over, our guide to Google Business Profile for doctors and clinics covers claiming, verification, categories and reviews in full, and you are welcome to do all of it yourself.
What does a patient check in ten seconds?
Patients scan a listing in a fixed order. Rating first. Then photos. Then “open now”. Then distance.
A missing photo set or wrong Sunday hours quietly sends them to the clinic listed below you. We rebuild the profile properly, correct categories, complete services, real photographs, holiday hours, and then keep it that way, month after month.
Who writes the review replies?
We draft them. You approve them. Nothing is published in your clinic’s voice without a doctor reading it first, which matters more here than in any other industry we could have chosen to work in.
The reason this is a service rather than advice is that replying is relentless. A review arrives on a Sunday, the useful reply is the one posted on Sunday, and the practice that answers every time reads differently from the practice that answered three times in March. We watch the feed so you are not checking it between patients.
Two things we will not do at any price: buy reviews, or confirm anything about a patient’s treatment in a public reply. The first gets detected and removed along with your credibility. The second is a privacy breach with your name on it.
What happens in the first month?
Week one is the audit, and you get it in writing whether or not you go ahead: categories, services, hours, photos, review handling, and how your details compare with your website and the directories carrying your name.
Weeks two and three are the rebuild. Categories corrected, services listed properly, real photographs uploaded, holiday hours entered ahead of the festival calendar rather than after it, and every unanswered question and review cleared.
From week four it is maintenance, and the point of maintenance is that nothing dramatic happens again. Because we also build clinic websites and do the local SEO groundwork, your name, address and phone number stay identical on every surface Google checks.
You own the profile throughout. It is registered to your Google account, not ours, and if you stop the plan you keep everything.
Which areas do you manage profiles for?
We manage profiles for practices in Mehsana, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Patan, Palanpur and nearby towns. Local knowledge matters here, we know how patients in these cities search, and what they compare before they choose.
How it works
The fixed order a patient reads your listing in, in about ten seconds.
- 01 Rating Decides the first cut
- 02 Photos Is this place real, and cared for
- 03 "Open now" Can I go today
- 04 Distance How far is it
Wrong hours after a holiday, or photos from four years ago, lose the patient before your website is ever opened.
