Website maintenance and care for clinics

Security, backups, edits and new treatment pages. We do not disappear after launch.

What happens to your website after launch?

Most clinic websites are abandoned the day they go live, by the agency that built them. Two years later the doctor list is wrong, the copyright says the wrong year, and the enquiry button quietly stopped working.

Ongoing care is our answer to the question clinics rarely think to ask. It is the objection almost no competitor answers, so we answer it in writing.

What does website maintenance actually include?

Every week. Uptime and performance monitoring, and a check on new review activity on your Google Business Profile.

Every month. Security updates, off-site backups, the content edits you have asked for, and refreshed photos and hours.

Every quarter. Speed re-measured on a real phone against its reference, plus a written review of what patients did, what changed near you, and what we recommend next.

Small changes, done quickly

A new doctor joins. Diwali hours change. You start offering a treatment that deserves its own page.

These small updates are where most websites rot, because asking the original developer feels like starting a project. With care in place, you send a WhatsApp message and it gets done.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, hosting, code, content, analytics and search accounts are registered in your practice’s name from day one.

If we ever part ways, you lose nothing. We think that is the only honest way to run maintenance, and it is written into every agreement.

How we prove it still works

We publish the standards we hold ourselves to, load time references, accessibility, validated schema, and this website runs on the same schedule we sell. The method page explains how the first four weeks work before care begins.

How it works

What happens after launch, on a schedule you can hold us to.

  1. Every week

    • Uptime and performance monitored
    • New review activity checked
  2. Every month

    • Security updates
    • Off-site backups
    • The content edits you asked for
  3. Every quarter

    • Speed re-measured on a real phone
    • A written review of what patients did

Most clinic websites are abandoned the day they go live. This is the schedule that stops that, written down rather than promised.

Questions

Asked about this service

What happens to my website after it launches?

Software needs updating, backups need taking, hours and staff change, and new treatments deserve new pages. With ongoing care we handle all of it on a written schedule: weekly monitoring, monthly maintenance, and a quarterly review of what actually happened.

What is in the quarterly review?

A short written report in plain language: what patients did on your site and listing, what changed around you, what we changed, and what we recommend next. No jargon, and no dashboard you will never open.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Care runs month to month at a fixed price agreed in writing. If you stop, the website stays yours, code, content and accounts are in your name from day one.

Can you maintain a website another agency built?

Usually, yes. We start with a technical audit to see what we are taking on, then give you a written scope. If the site is beyond saving we say so plainly, and tell you what a rebuild would involve instead.

How quickly do you make small changes?

Message us on WhatsApp and most small edits, a new doctor, changed hours, a festival closure, are done within a couple of working days. There is no new quotation for every sentence.

One WhatsApp message: no form, no call, no deck. You get a written review of the specific things costing you patients, and if the answer is "change nothing", we will say that.
