Healthcare content for doctors and clinics

You already have the knowledge. We turn your footage, ideas and clinic updates into patient-facing reels, posts and carousels, ready to publish.

How a package counts

  • One revision on every reel, post, flyer and carousel. Further changes are quoted before we make them.
  • Packages are built from standard reels. If a month needs an advanced reel, we quote it before we start.
  • A carousel is up to 6 slides. A research-heavy one is quoted on its own.
  • You send the footage and tell us the topics. We do not film, and we do not post for you.

Send one sample video and we confirm what it involves and what it costs before we start. See the full price list

How it works

One recording

One eight-to-ten-minute explanation of gum disease, and what it can become.

The source

A dentist explains gum disease to camera, recorded on a phone.

Raw, unscripted, in the words they use in the chair.

In a content package

The main reel

The full explanation, cut to two or three minutes and captioned in Gujarati.

In a content package

A short reel

The single most useful minute, for people who will not watch three.

In a content package

A carousel

The early warning signs, one on each slide.

In a content package

An educational post

The one thing patients most often get wrong about it.

Where else it can go

A story sequence

A quick question for followers, from the same footage.

Where else it can go

A clinic FAQ answer

The reply to the question your front desk hears every week.

Where else it can go

A website section

A plain paragraph for the treatment page on gum disease.

Where else it can go

A Google update

A short post on your Business Profile, where it fits.

An example, not a promise. What one recording yields depends on what is in it, and a package counts reels, posts and carousels, not everything above. A website section or a Google update is not a ranking either; it is useful material in the places patients look.

What do you send us?

Less than you might think:

  • The footage, recorded on your phone. One question per video works best.
  • The topic, and the patient question it answers
  • The language you want the captions in
  • Your logo and contact details, once
  • What you want patients to do next: call, send a WhatsApp message, or book

For a post or a carousel, a few lines on the topic, or a photo of a clinic update, is enough. You check every piece for medical accuracy before it goes anywhere.

What do you get back?

Publish-ready, patient-facing content:

  • Reels. Patient explainers, treatment explainers, and patient testimonials where your council’s rules allow them and the patient has agreed in writing.
  • Educational posts. One useful thing per post.
  • Carousels. One topic, across up to six slides.
  • Clinic creatives. A package flyer, a health camp, a change of hours.
  • Captions and covers. Written and designed for every reel.

An educational post, not a promotion

What is in a standard healthcare reel?

A standard reel is ₹699, and it includes:

  • A final video up to 3 minutes long
  • Editing and pacing, so it is clear and holds attention
  • Captions in Gujarati or English
  • Audio cleanup
  • Basic colour correction
  • Graphics that support what you are saying
  • Transitions and an end card
  • A cover image for the reel
  • The Instagram caption, written for you
  • One revision
  • Usually delivered in 1–2 working days

An advanced reel, from ₹999, is for an edit that involves substantially more animation, restructuring the story, several source videos, unusually long raw footage or complex storytelling. We tell you which kind a video is when it arrives, before we start. Everything about a single reel, and how to send one, is on the reel editing page.

Gujarati or English captions?

Your choice, reel by reel, and it should follow your patients rather than your own preference:

  • Gujarati when you speak Gujarati on camera and your patients mostly read it. It is how they hear you in the chair.
  • English when your patients are younger, more urban or mixed, or when the treatment names are English words anyway.
  • Both, sometimes: Gujarati captions with the key medical term kept in English, so a patient can search for it later.

We do not claim one language reaches more people than the other. Tell us who your patients are, we will suggest one, and you decide.

One recording, a month of content

Most doctors think of one video as one post. One good explanation is usually a great deal more than that.

A dentist who records eight to ten minutes on gum disease has given us a main reel, a shorter reel, a carousel of warning signs and an educational post. The same knowledge can then become a story, an answer to a question the front desk hears every week, a section of the treatment page on the website, and an update on the Google listing. The diagram below lays it out.

Not every recording yields all of that, and a package counts reels, posts and carousels rather than everything on the list. But it is why we ask for your explanation rather than a finished script.

If you are deciding what to record first, our guide to social media for doctors covers which questions make good videos, how to set up a phone in your consulting room, and what consent you need before a patient appears.

How does content help your website and Google listing?

A patient deciding between clinics checks more than one place: your Google listing, your website, and often your Instagram. The same knowledge serves all three. An explanation you recorded for a reel can become the answer on your treatment page, and a short update on your Google Business Profile.

That does not make every post or page a search result. Where a clinic appears depends on relevance, distance, prominence, competition and reviews, and on the website and the listing being right. Content gives those places something useful to say. If your website or your Google listing is the weaker link, the free digital review will say so, and so will we.

How are patient testimonials handled?

Patient experience videos are a format we edit, and they come with more rules than any other, so the first question is whether one can be published at all. The National Medical Commission’s guidelines on advertising, issued on 6 October 2026, do not allow registered medical practitioners to request or share patient testimonials to promote their practice on social media, and they say a patient’s consent alone does not make one permissible. Dentists and physiotherapists answer to their own councils, with their own rules. Before we edit a testimonial we check with you which rules apply to your practice, and if they rule it out, we say so rather than edit it.

Where one is allowed:

  • The patient agrees in writing to appear, and to the video being shared.
  • Nothing identifies them beyond what they agreed to: no names, phone numbers, reports or appointment details on screen.
  • We do not add words, claims or results the patient did not say.
  • Nothing suggests a treatment works for everyone, and there are no staged before-and-after outcomes.
  • You approve the final edit before it is published.

The rules on advertising apply to you, and it is your registration at risk, not ours. If something in a clip reads like a promise, we flag it before it goes out.

How is patient privacy protected?

Healthcare content has limits other industries do not, and we hold to them even when it costs reach:

  • No clinical photographs without clear written consent
  • No patient stories that could identify someone who has not agreed
  • No claims about outcomes that cannot be supported

A post that embarrasses a patient is worse for your practice than no post at all.

Revisions and turnaround

Every reel, post, flyer and carousel includes one revision. Changes beyond that are quoted before we make them, so nothing becomes an open-ended back and forth.

A standard reel is usually delivered in one to two working days from the footage arriving. A package is delivered across the month, on a schedule we agree with you at the start. Same-day or emergency turnaround is not part of a package.

Questions

Asked about this service

Will reels bring my clinic new patients?

Nobody can promise that, and we do not. What good healthcare content does is let a patient who is deciding see how you explain things before they ever meet you. Most patients still find a clinic through Google and Maps, then check its Instagram to see whether the practice looks active and trustworthy. Content does that checking job well. It does not replace a website or a Google listing, and if one of those is your weaker link we will say so.

Do you post the content for us?

No. Every piece arrives ready to post: the reel, the cover and the caption written. You publish it from your own account, when it suits you. Posting, scheduling and day-to-day account management are not part of our packages.

Do you come to the clinic and film?

Not as part of a package. You record on your phone, which is how most doctors already do it, and we do everything after that. If you want an on-site shoot, it is quoted as a custom project.

Do you run Instagram or Facebook ads?

Not as part of our packages, and we do not sell ad management. Everything we make is organic content for your own account.

What counts as a post, and what is a carousel?

A post is a single image: an educational graphic, an announcement or a clinic update, with its caption. A carousel explains one topic across up to six slides. A carousel that needs medical research, or more slides, is quoted on its own from ₹899.

Can you edit patient testimonial videos?

Yes, where your council's rules allow them, and we check that with you first. The National Medical Commission's advertising guidelines of 6 October 2026 do not allow registered medical practitioners to request or share patient testimonials to promote their practice on social media, and consent alone does not make one permissible. Where a testimonial is allowed, the patient agrees in writing, we add no claims they did not make, nothing suggests a treatment works for everyone, and nothing identifies them beyond what they agreed to.

Do you write the scripts?

We help you shape a topic into one clear question before you record, and we write the caption for every piece. Extensive scriptwriting is not part of a package. A doctor answering a patient question in their own words usually comes across better than a script read to camera.

What should a doctor post on social media?

Answers to the questions patients ask you every week, what happens during a procedure and how it feels, myths you correct, aftercare instructions, and your clinic and team, with their consent. One question per video works better than a general talk, and it is easier to record.

These are the ones asked most on this page. Every question we hear, answered
