Four weeks, in a fixed order, with the words before the visuals.
Most website projects go wrong in a familiar way: design first, content forever late, launch quietly missed. Our method exists to make that impossible, each week has one job and one output you can hold.

Each week has one job, one thing you receive, and one thing we need from you.
Everything else is our job. The build does not stall waiting for you
to write pages, writing them is part of what you are paying for.

01 Week 1
Study
Before any design, we study: what patients in your area search, what your Google listing shows, what your reviews say, and what the three clinics above you are doing differently. It arrives as a written review, yours to keep, free, whether or not you hire us.
You receive
A written review of your current online presence
From you
A one-hour conversation about your practice

02 Week 2
Structure & words
The page order and the actual copy come before any visuals. You sign off the words patients will read, every treatment page, every heading, so design decorates substance instead of hiding its absence.
You receive
Sitemap and final copy, signed off
From you
Your treatment list, and how you prefer to describe costs · Sign-off on the structure and the words

Design & build
One careful pass, on your real content, never on placeholder text. Built by hand, tested on a mid-range Android over mobile data first, because that is the phone your patients actually hold.
You receive
The working website, tested on real devices
From you
Access for photographs, or a visit arranged

Launch, then stay
Launch is measured against the published targets: load time reference, accessibility, valid schema. Then the ongoing schedule begins, weekly monitoring, monthly maintenance, and a written quarterly review.
You receive
Launch measurements + the care schedule

Why this order
Design first is the thing that makes website projects late.

Content, later

Launch
Measured against the targets
The sign-off in week two is the whole difference. Once the words are agreed,
design decorates something real instead of hiding that it is missing.
After week four
What happens after week four?
Launch begins the maintenance schedule: weekly monitoring, monthly upkeep, and a quarterly written review of what patients did and what to do next. The full schedule is on the ongoing care page.
Care is ₹4,499 a month, or
₹9,999 with your Google Business Profile
managed alongside it. Month to month, no lock-in, and the website
stays yours either way, see the
full price list.
Uptime and performance monitored, review activity checked.
Every month
Security updates, backups, your content edits, photos and hours refreshed.
Every quarter
Speed re-measured, and a written review of what patients did and what to do next.
Questions about the method
Questions about how we work
How long does the whole process take?
A typical practice website takes four weeks: study, structure and words, design and build, then launch and measurement. Google Business Profile work runs alongside. We agree the timeline in writing before starting, and if something will take longer we say so at week one, not week four.
What happens after my website launches?
Whatever you choose. With ongoing care we monitor weekly, maintain monthly, and send a written quarterly review of what patients did and what to do next. Without it you still own everything. Domain, hosting, code and accounts are in your name from day one, and that is written into every agreement.
How do we start?
Send your clinic's name on WhatsApp. Within two working days you get a free written review of what a patient currently sees: your listing, your site, your search results, and the three clinics ranking above you. If the answer is 'change nothing', we will say that. If there is work worth doing, the review becomes the plan we quote against.
Who owns the website, you or my practice?
Your practice, entirely. The domain, hosting, code, content, analytics and search accounts are all registered in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing and owe nothing further. We keep clients by being useful, not by holding their website hostage.
Send your clinic's name. We reply with what a patient sees.
One WhatsApp message: no form, no call, no deck. You get a written
review of the specific things costing you patients, and if the answer
is "change nothing", we will say that.
