We record how the site is used, not who you are.

What does this website collect?

Two things, and one of them is new. The pages are static files served from a hosting provider which, like every web host, keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security and operations. That part has not changed, and it is not ours to read.

The new part is Microsoft Clarity, added in August 2026. It records how this site gets used — where a page was clicked, how far it was scrolled, where someone stopped reading — and shows it back to us as heatmaps and anonymous session recordings. We added it because page design is what we sell, and guessing at which parts of our own pages work is a poor way to do that. Microsoft receives what it records as well as us, and holds it under their privacy statement.

What it does not collect is you. There are no forms anywhere on this site — WhatsApp, the phone and a booking link are the three ways to reach us, and the booking link opens someone else's page in a tab of its own — so there is nothing typed here for it to capture. It records no name, no email address and no phone number, and gives us no way to tell whose session we are watching. It sets two cookies on this domain, named _clck and _clsk, whose only job is to tell one visit apart from the next.

If you would rather not be recorded, most content blockers and any browser with tracking protection switched on will stop it loading at all. Every page here works the same way without it.

Two other things on this site are not ours, and both are described below: the Google Map in the footer, and the booking link.

What happens when you contact us?

WhatsApp and the phone both run through one number. When you message or call, we receive your number and what you send. We use it to reply and, if you engage us, to do the work. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

There is one third-party embed on this site, and it is worth naming. The footer of every page carries a Google Map showing where the studio is. It is set to load lazily and it sits several screens below the fold, so nothing is requested from Google until you scroll near it — but when you do, Google receives that request and may set its own cookies, in the way it does on any page carrying a map. It is not analytics: we get no report from it and learn nothing about you through it. If you would rather it never loaded, a browser that blocks third-party frames will stop it, and the address, the hours and the directions link beside it all still work.

The third contact route is worth being clear about, because it is the other place a third party is involved. The booking link opens Calendly, a scheduling service we do not run, in a tab of its own. Whatever you give it — usually a name, an email address and a time — is held by Calendly under their privacy policy as well as reaching us. It is a link, not an embed: nothing from Calendly loads on this site unless you choose to go there, and nothing of theirs runs on the page you are reading. If you would rather not use it, WhatsApp reaches the same person.

If you would like your contact history deleted, message us and we will delete it and confirm.

Client work and patient privacy

When we manage a practice's online presence, we sometimes see patient-authored content such as public reviews. We treat it with the care healthcare deserves: review replies we draft never confirm or reveal details of anyone's treatment, and we never request access to patient records. We do not need them for anything we do.
